Their types, properties, and states can be roughly divided into three categories: mechanical impurities, fat-soluble impurities and water-soluble impurities. It cannot be used directly. The purpose of refining is to remove solid impurities, free fatty acids, phospholipids, gums, waxes, pigments, odors, etc. contained in vegetable oils.
