AD Air Dryer is designed to provide high-purity dry air with dew point as low as -55℃ to -70℃ for electric power equipment such as High voltage transformers, ultra-high voltage transformers, and electric reactors during installation and maintenance. Removes moisture and particulates from the air. It can replace traditional drying methods such as hot oil circulation, nitrogen supplement and vacuum. It is more efficient, economical, safe and environmentally friendly. When using Air dryer for equipment maintenance, they are not affected by changes in external weather conditions, especially overnight operations, Just seal the flanges everywhere and fill with dry air 0.02Mpa-0.03MPa, no need for oil injection. electric equipment will not get wet, reducing the daily pumping and oiling workload, to achieve the effect of shortening the maintenance period and improving the quality of maintenance. During the oil filtration process, the tank and oil of the oil injection equipment can be aerated and dried to improve the oil filtration efficiency. When it is idle, it can be used as indoor air conditioning on the construction site.

Working Principle:
The atmosphere air is compressed by an air compressor and enters an air storage tank. Most of the moisture is compressed into a liquid and discharged through a drain valve, The air is dried for the first time; After that, the air enters a freeze dryer, and the water vapor is frozen and condensed into water and discharged, The air was dried for the second time; then the air entered the adsorption dryer, and the remaining traces of moisture were adsorbed, and the air was dried for the third time. Finally, the dry air was passed through a high-precision air filter to remove small particles from the air, and the clean and dry air was Transfer to equipment.
