Application:

Series DZC Waste Oil to Diesel Oil Distillation equipment is special for recovering the black waste oil to new diesel oil, including waste engine oil, lube oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, dirty diesel oil, mixed oils etc. DZC machine effectively transfer waste oils to diesel oil under high temperature distillation, DZC works under 420℃ temperature, makes Hydrocarbon molecules break out, and re-order combination, forming diesel oil. During the distillation process, liquid waste oil transforms to oil-gas in distillation kettle under high temperature, then oil-gas transform to liquid oil again through the cooling system, the produced diesel oil desulphurize by refine device. Finally get a eligible diesel fuel with good color. This diesel fuel oil can be as the fuel in truck, tractor, diesel generator, heavy lorry, also can be used as the burning fuel oil etc. During the distillation process, DZC effectively remove the wear debris, asphalt, wax quality, impurities, moisture, acid and get rid of carbon particles, deep oxides which disperse in oil. DZC machine is very suitable for the oil refinery company, also for the small oil company who want to make the oil by self.

◆ DZC Heating device are optional, there are electric heater, oil-burner furnace, natural-gas furnace, also you use the coal furnace, the burning material is fuel, natural gas and coal. For the fuel, it can be the final product from DZC machine (diesel oil).

◆ DZC distillation kettle adopts the Special Q345R or stainless steel 304.
