When the gears rotate, the volume of the space on the disengagement side of the gear changes from small to large, forming a vacuum, the liquid is sucked in, and the volume of the space on the gear meshing side changes from large. The centrifugal pump is a high-speed rotating impeller and a fixed snail-shaped pump casing. Generally, the centrifugal pump has several (usually 4-12) impellers with backward curved blades fastened to the pump shaft, and the pump shaft is driven by a motor for high-speed rotation. The impeller is the energy supply device of the centrifugal pump. It is a component that directly performs work on the liquid in the pump. The suction port in the center of the pump casing is connected to the suction pipeline. The bottom of the suction pipeline is equipped with a one-way bottom valve. The working principle of the centrifugal pump: After the centrifugal pump is started, the pump shaft will drive the impeller to rotate at high speed together, forcing the liquid filled between the blades to rotate in advance. Under the action of inertial centrifugal force, the liquid moves radially from the center of the impeller to the periphery. The liquid medium gains energy during its movement through the impeller, resulting in increased static pressure energy and increased flow velocity. When the liquid leaves the impeller and enters the pump casing, the flow path in the casing gradually expands and decelerates. Part of the kinetic energy is converted into static pressure energy, and finally flows into the discharge pipe in a tangential direction. When the liquid is thrown from the center of the impeller to the outer periphery, a low pressure zone will be formed in the center of the impeller. Under the action of the total potential energy difference between the liquid level of the tank and the center of the impeller, the liquid is sucked into the center of the impeller. Depending on the continuous operation of the impeller, the liquid is continuously sucked in and discharged. The mechanical energy obtained by a liquid in a centrifugal pump ultimately manifests itself as an increase in static pressure energy.
The screw pump for the oil filter is a rotor type positive displacement pump. The 3G screw pump uses the principle of screw toothing and relies on the rotating screws to mesh with each other in the pump casing.
